PROJECT SCOPE
A custom new build designed for a family of five, Bay House was planned around life on the water and the rhythms of a growing family. The project included full-service interior design from space planning and architectural details through custom millwork, finishes, furnishings, and styling. Key spaces include a wall-to-wall library, custom bunk room, waterfront beach bath, and a collection of heirloom pieces integrated throughout the home.

Bay House was designed for a family of five who wanted a home that felt deeply connected to the water, their family history, and the simple rituals of everyday life.
Classic Lowcountry charm provides the foundation, layered with antiques and heirlooms that make the home unmistakably personal. In the library, decades of collected books are framed by antique pocket doors—carefully stripped, sanded, and re-stained by her grandfather. An antique church pew, lovingly saved for years, finally found its place here, too.
Every space was designed with family life in mind: a custom bunk room for cousin sleepovers, a waterfront beach bath for sandy feet and rinsing off after a swim, and inviting spaces made for long dinners and lingering evenings.
